Logistics operator Cert Octavian, advised by DTZ, has expanded its presence in the Yorkshire market by acquiring a second distribution facility, which is one of the largest lettings in South Yorkshire this year.
Cert Octavian is currently based on Hellaby Industrial Estate and has just acquired a further 84,000 sq ft at Adwick Park in Manvers, which is situated in the heart of the Dearne Valley, near Rotherham in South Yorkshire.
Unit 1, Adwick Park is a modern, high specification distribution facility and was previously tenanted by another national distribution company, Innovate Logistics.
Cert Octavian has agreed to a new five-year lease with an option to break after three years.
Paul Mack of DTZ said: "The premises at Adwick Park will provide Cert Octavian with a modern, high specification, secondhand facility, which will enable them to expand their operations in Yorkshire and will provide room for future growth over the forthcoming years."
