Barloworld handles Bloodhound

Barloworld Handling supplied a Hyster forklift to move a prototype of the Bloodhound supersonic car to Glyndwr University for the Wrexham Science Festival.

The Bloodhound car has been developed over the last three years, and will be powered by a euro-fighter typhoon jet engine bolted above a hybrid rocket, aiming to break the land speed record.

The university required assistance to safely lift and move the vehicle from its transporter for the event, open to school and college pupils and members of the public.
