CollectPlus aims for quicker collection

CollectPlus has introduced a new way for customers to collect their purchases by using a mobile phone barcode.

All Click&Collect+ customers will be able to pick up orders from a growing number of retailers, such as Amazon, House of Fraser, ASOS and, in over 5,000 of CollectPlus’ convenience stores and petrol stations quicker than ever before using the new device.

CollectPlus sends the collection code to the customer when their order arrives at their selected store.

When collecting the parcel, the customer then presents the barcode, available on any WAP-enabled mobile or smartphone, reducing transaction time by a significant amount.
