Brixton plc has agreed a second letting in Enfield at the 8,556sq m A10 Exchange development which forms an extension to the existing Great Cambridge Industrial Estate.
Lucent Lighting is taking the 229sq m Unit 29 for 15 years at a rent of £22,026 per annum with no rent-free period.
The deal equates to £8.95 per sq ft and sets an upward trend from the first letting in November 2004, when C Brewer & Sons took the 339sq m Unit 22 for 15 years at a rent of £8.50 per sq ft with six months rent-free.
The A10 Exchange development offers industrial/warehouse accommodation ranging from 224sq m to 1,252sq m with the potential to combine units to provide up to 3,720sq m.
