Whopper, the first phase of SladenAston Developments’ 60,405sq m warehouse scheme at Doncaster, is now available. The 23,250sq m development, progressed on behalf of Deutsche Bank Real Estate, has undergone a major transformation and several potential occupiers have seen the refurbished shed.
The second phase of the scheme – 37,200sq m of warehousing known as Beast – will be available soon for a sub-divided 9,300sq m unit. The scheme could also be available for a single occupier.
Steve Moriarty, of joint agent M3, confirms: “These buildings are hitting the market at exactly the right time as there is very little product available for immediate occupation.”
The secure site just to the north of central Doncaster, offers excellent road links to the M18 and A1 as well as ample parking for articulated lorries.
