Superformance, a specialist in replacement parts for Ferrari and other high-performance Italian cars, has installed additional shelving to house an increase in automotive parts.
Superformance chose SSI Schaefer's multi-functional Regal 3000 multi tier shelving. Features include a bolt and clip free assembly for rapid adjustment of shelf positions, a wide use of shelving accessories including bin fronts to retain stock, vertical dividers for positive locations and containers for small loose parts. The design increased available storage capacity for Superformance by 54 per cent in square metres and by 99 per cent in cubic volume, allowing for both the storage of current stock and future growth of the business.
Superformance managing director Colin Sowter says: "This move to much larger premises has provided approximately six times the parts area available in our previous location."
