Pharmaceutical distributor secures Stoke shed

Sants Pharmaceutical Distributors, part of the Co-operative Group, has pre-let 190,000 sq ft warehouse at Henry Boot’s Meir Park scheme in Stoke on Trent. It has signed a 25-year lease at a rent of £4.85 per sq ft. Jones Lang LaSalle and Matthews & Goodman are joint agents on Meir Park. King Sturge represented Sants Pharmaceuticals.
