Hilary Devey, founder, owner and chief executive of Pall-Ex, has been named the regional Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 by the British Chambers of Commerce.
She will now go through to the national finals in London on 27 November, where she stands the chance of winning the top prize of £50,000.
