British Airways World Cargo has appointed Cargo Care International its general sales agent (GSA) in Denmark.

As part of its summer schedule, BA World Cargo recently doubled its Danish capacity to two daily flights between Copenhagen and London Heathrow.

The flights, along with the carrier’s trucking service, which delivers freight from Denmark to London within 24 hours, will connect customers to BA World Cargo’s wide-body flights and global network of nearly 200 destinations in over 80 countries.

Mike Horsley, area commercial manager, north west Europe, BA World Cargo, said: "This is a positive step for our business, providing significant scope for us to increase activity in Denmark and better meet the needs of our customers in the region.”
