Bibby Distribution consolidation
Bibby Distribution has consolidated its operations in the North West and has taken a five year lease on SEGRO’s 41,360 sq ft Unit B2 at Heywood Distribution Park.
The headline rent is £4.25 per sq ft. King Sturge and Savills acted for SEGRO. SBH acted for Bibby Distribution.
