Dry ice contract extended for CitySprint

Air Liquide UK has extended its contract with CitySprint for three years, with the option to extend for a further two years at the end of that period.
It has been using CitySprint’s SameDay Courier services on a daily basis since 2004. CitySprint is responsible for transporting Air Liquide UK’s dry ice products to customers, including hospitals, universities, research organisations and food and pharmaceutical distributors, across the UK.
Dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) can be used for a range of chilling and cleaning requirements. Due to the nature of the product, it is essential that it is transported in a safe and controlled manner. CitySprint has suitable vehicles and trained couriers familiar with the relevant health and safety requirements.
