Morley Estates is set to refurbish the 135,000 sq ft former Co-op building at the Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough to provide industrial and office accommodation from 5,000 to 60,000 sq ft.
Short-term alliance
Alliance Logistics has secured a short term letting on a 77,000 sq ft warehouse on Drury Lane, Oldham from Morley Estates.
The developer intends to carry out a comprehensive £300,000 refurbishment of the building next year, which will include the creation of a substantial new yard area.
Davies Harrison has been retained as sole letting agent.
