OM launches XE electric forklifts

OM has launched the XE 13-20ac range of forklift trucks which includes three and four wheels models with load capacities from 1.3 to 2 tonnes.
The trucks employ a compact construction in module layout for narrow working areas and they are fitted with 48V three-phase AC engines.
Integrated to the front axle unit, the two AC engines, the brakes and the transmission are protected against dust and water and reach the IP 54 protection classification.
The XE 13-20ac is part of the OM Intrinsic Safety Program (ISP) which includes: automatic speed reduction in curves, electronic differential for braking stability on any ground conditions and the mast safety system locking the mast function when the operator is not seated.
