Seafield training scheme shortlisted by UKWA

Seafield Logistics has developed a mentoring programme for new starters and recently promoted staff, which has been shortlisted in the Training Award category for the UK Warehousing Association Awards 2008.
The scheme, which is led by employees, is designed to help boost confidence in new recruits and increase productivity in the shortest possible time.
The winner of the UKWA Training Award will be announced on 2nd July 2008 at a ceremony to be held at the Dorchester Hotel in London.
