Wesupply appoints Stewart Oades as chairman

Wesupply has appointed Stewart Oades, former group chief executive of Christian Salvesen, as chairman of its board of directors.

Prior to Christian Salvesen, Oades was a member of the executive board at Exel Plc where he was responsible for retail, consumer and industrial services across EMEA.

He is a non-executive chairman of GS1, the not-for-profit organisation promoting the efficient use of electronic standards in the supply chain, and a director of the FTA.

The on-demand supply chain management company is currently expanding across the UK, Continental Europe and the US and plans further development in the coming months.
