A £50 million Humber port industrial development has been granted planning permission by North East Lincolnshire council.

The 70-acre industrial and warehousing development proposed by Magna Holdings will be situated in Immingham, adjacent to the docks off Queens Road, and will house more than 800,000 sq ft of storage, industrial and warehousing facilities.

The site will be developed in a phased plan over the next 15 years and once complete could potentially create up to 1,200 jobs.
