DHL Express keeps track with Global ProView

DHL Express has launched Global ProView, an online tool enabling users of its Time Definite International service to simultaneously track all shipments in real-time.
It has been designed specifically for customers making a large number of shipments, allowing them to monitor all items through their account number, which is PIN and password protected.
Once registered customer can search, filter and download the information they require, or group orders in categories based on their current tracking status.
The application can also send real-time notifications via text message or email whenever an order is delivered, picked up or delayed.
The launch of Global ProView follows a trial in the United States. It will now be rolled out in most key markets by the end of 2008.
