Ancra Systems finds new Partner in UK

Partner Logistics has chosen Ancra Systems to supply a chain conveyor system for automatic truck loading and unloading at its new cold store warehouse in Wisbech in the UK.

The move follows several similar installations at Partner Logistics’ sites in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Ancra will be working in co-operation with Nottingham-based European Conveyor Systems, which will offer local technical support and service.

Partner Logistics’ fully automated cold store in Wisbech has 77,000 pallet spaces.

Ancra Systems will supply two stationary chain conveyor systems and four trailer chain systems.

The systems enable full automated loading and unloading in just over two minutes, helping to streamline the shuttle transport between regional producers of deep-frozen products and the warehouse of Partner Logistics.

Ancra Systems designed and engineered the system in accordance with the highest
standards and regulations required for handling deep-frozen food.
