Fashion clothing company All Saints has taken a 82,909 sq ft distribution unit on O12 Larkfield Ltd c/o Rugby Asset Management's 320,000 sq ft Larkfield Mill industrial estate in Aylesford, Kent on a ten-year lease, at a rent of £331,636 a year, which equates to £4.00 per sq ft. Letting agent was Strutt & Parker.
