Oxfam is replacing all of its main purchasing and supply chain systems to improve the supply of new products and the financial reporting of donated products to its 690 high street shops, with systems from K3 Retail.

It is taking on a supply chain, buying and merchandising suites, warehouse management and K3’s retail store portal solution K3, to reduce costs and increase charitable contributions by improving operations and removing costly manual processes across Oxfam Trading Division.

Andrew Horton, Oxfam director of trading stated: “Oxfam carried out an extensive procurement exercise across the Retail IT market to find the most appropriate supply chain and retail store control system for Oxfam’s growing retail business.

“In addition the warehouse management solution will allow us to manage our shop and e-commerce operations much more efficiently.”
