Viessmann, which makes heating systems, has extended order cut-off times after moving to a new warehouse at Fradley Park operated by Hellmann.

The logistic operation can now process orders up to 4pm for next day delivery.

The new premises streamline the storage and transfer of products from their arrival at the warehouse through to dispatch.

Managing director Graham Russell said: “We have outgrown our current operation and we are pleased to be better set up for future growth.

“All our customers stand to benefit from the new warehouse as not only are we quickening delivery and slashing response times, but the warehouse’s management system and radio frequency scanning allows a far greater control of stock, saving valuable staff time and improving the accuracy of the service we deliver.”
