JML Retail has awarded TNT Express a supply chain contract, for which TNT had to develop a new tracking system, the Customer Interface Technology solution.
This is designed to enable orders to be tracked accurately from collection to delivery, which TNT says will also enable it to work alongside JML’s existing partners seamlessly.
“By working closely with JML’s team to really get to the heart of its specific requirements, we are able to develop solutions to meet their requirements more closely, said Alistair Cochrane, managing director, TNT Express Services UK & Ireland.
“This in turn drives improvements in the level of service JML Retail is able to provide to its customer base.”
JML said the new delivery solution has already enabled the company to improve its service and meet the needs of its customers.
