Peak-Ryzex site expands managed mobility services
Peak-Ryzex has completed construction of its managed services centre at its 16,600 sq ft site in Chippenham, UK.
“The company invested in its purpose-built Managed Services Centre to meet increasing customer needs in the areas of corporate mobility strategy development, execution and support other market trends such as bring your own device (BYOD), mobile application and device management, and the need for reporting and analytics to improve decision making all have contributed to expanding our capabilities,” said Ross Young, chief executive.
“Our expanded Managed Services Centre provides our customers the option of outsourcing management of their mobile solution support to Peak-Ryzex, allowing customers to improve internal staffing flexibility and reduce the total cost of ownership of supporting mobile devices company-wide.”
It provides services such as deployment, covering procurement, staging, and configuration; help desk support for mobile devices, operating systems, applications, and connectivity; depot Management (spare pool, advanced exchange, depot repair), Mobile Device management; and reporting and analytics.
