Crown has launched its latest order picking technology, the QuickPick Remote, which it says improves productivity by some 25 per cent.
The new QuickPick Remote is a wireless control, designed to cut time, effort and costs of those operating Crown’s GPC 3000 Series order pickers.
“With the remote, we’ve made significant progress towards the safe automation of certain warehouse processes, as part of a carefully formulated warehouse automation strategy,” said Crown’s vice president Europe, Ken Dufford.
“We know that cutting costs is our customers’ number one challenge. That’s why we invest so much time in developing pioneering materials handling solutions that fully satisfy real-world needs in today’s logistical environments.”
