Parcel delivery company City Link has secured a 42,125 sq ft warehouse at Silverstone Drive, Gallagher Business Park in Coventry from STP Group on a 10-year lease at a rent of £212,731 a year. Jones Lang LaSalle & North Rae Sanders acted for STP Group. DTZ represented City Link.
