Procurement Workshop: Managing the Supplier Lifecycle

How would you rate the level of information you have at hand to proactively reduce management costs, improve performance and reduce the risk?

During the event we'll discuss both direct and indirect procurement arrangements, with a focus on:

• Maximising the supplier relationship to gain greater efficiencies in registration, transaction and maintenance processes using self-service
• Effective risk management by embedding controls throughout the supplier life cycle and ensuring rationalisation initiatives do not introduce unsustainable dependencies

As well as various presentations and demonstrations of our Procurement solution, we'll be joined by Anna Gude – Compliance Manager at Scottish Southern Energy – who will share her experiences in deploying self-service. Plus, we'll hear from Padraic Phelan – Consulting Director at e-Three – who will discuss his views on Supplier Management.
