• formed Gist People Services, an exciting new training business which is already showing great potential for external growth. This is testament to the entrepreneurial spirit of the organisation and our commitment to developing our people

• won the Motor Transport Awards for both Training and Safety, and the Large Employer category at the learndirect Achievement Awards for three regions; the North West, South East and East.

Martin Gwynn

Martin joined Gist in 1986 on the Graduate Programme and rose rapidly within the organisation, joining the Board in 1995 and becoming Chief Executive in 1998 aged 33.

Martin has a BA Joint Hons from Keele University and an MSc from Cranfield School of Management.
