John Pattullo is the new chair of The Prince’s Charity, In Kind Direct, following completion of long standing Chair Chris Hyman’s second term.
In Kind Direct was founded in 1996 and has redistributed over £130 million worth of donated products from more than 930 companies including: Procter & Gamble, Amazon, Asda, Kimberly-Clark, Johnson & Johnson, Adidas, GlaxoSmithKline and Colgate Palmolive.
Pattullo is a non-executive director of Electrocomponents, chair of Marken Logistics and chair of NHS Blood and Transplant, which is responsible for providing a reliable, efficient supply of blood to hospitals in England and North Wales as well as the wider NHS. It is also the organ donation organisation for the UK and responsible for matching and allocating donated organs.
He has more than 30 years´ experience in international logistics, manufacturing and supply chain. Most recently he was group chief executive of Ceva. Prior to this he was chief executive in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Exel (later DHL/Exel) and held a broad range of roles with Procter & Gamble in the UK, Europe and Asia.

We are now developing our strategy for 2020 and seeking to make a step change in growth, providing practical support to our charity partners and their beneficiaries.”
