Developer Evander Properties, has secured planning approval for a 260,000 sq ft warehouse in Reading.
The site known as Island Road fronts the A33 close to Junction 11 of the M4 and will benefit from Reading’s rapidly improving infrastructure network. This includes improvements to the existing motorway junction, Crossrail extension project and the mass rapid transport link that will connect Reading town centre with the southern conurbations
Retained agents GVA are marketing the site on behalf of Evander, funded by Rockspring Property Investment Management.
Speaking about the announcement Evander Director Neil Dickinson said “A full schedule of marketing initiatives is underway and we are already fielding a number of enquiries so hope to start building very soon.”
