Next phase planned for Middlewich

Matthews and Goodman, the Manchester-based property adviser, has sold all units at Millbrook Court – part of the Midpoint 18 Business Park and mixed use development in Middlewich. The units have been occupied by a range of tenants, including Grampian Country Pork, Tubesonic and Scoot & Commute.

Two other units have been sold to private investors.

As a result of the completion at Millbrook Court – developed by Pochin Developments – a planning application for the next phase has been submitted. The seven-unit development on Plot 51 will accommodate light industrial warehouse units ranging from 430sq m to 872sq m.

David Newman at Matthews and Goodman said: “We are pleased to have completed the sale of units at Millbrook Court and are looking forward to our involvement in the next phase of the development.

Agents on the site are Matthews and Goodman and Lamont.
