No room at Quadrant

Mill Transport and 4L’s Packaging have both taken space at Quadrant, the 13,764sq m industrial park and the biggest speculatively developed warehouse scheme in the Doncaster area so far, industrial specialist Gent Visick has announced.

Units 2a and b, totalling 4,185sq m, have been let to Mill Transport on a ten-year lease at a rent in the region of £4.25/sq ft. The freehold of Unit 4, which extends to 2,604sq m, has been sold to 4L’s Packaging for an undisclosed sum.

A third unit has already been sold to Paragon Quality Foods, which means that the development is now fully occupied.
