Still’s innovative offerings

The EXU low-lift pallet truck and the RX 20 counterbalance electric forklift unit are the latest offerings from Still.

With all of Still’s new products being designed with a modular construction, the EXU is no different. Battery options, forks, wheels and accessories can be selected individually at the point of order, offering a truly tailor-made truck configured exactly to the application requirements.

Depending on customer requirements the EXU can even be supplied with a hinged driver’s stand-on platform, or with order picking lift. The new EXU comes in three capacities and also as an order-picking version – the EXU-H, with 2.0 tonnes capacity. The EXU 16, 18 and 20, with capacities of 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 tonnes respectively, are available.

The new RX 20 electric counterbalance forklift truck is the big brother of the RX 50 and achieves new levels of technology, safety, speed and agility – a new dimension for in-house logistics.

A significant innovation of the RX 20 is the lateral battery change which simplifies battery as the use of a hoist is no longer required. Safety is increased and the risk of injury to the operator is reduced. Productivity is also greatly improved.

The RX 20 offers two chassis heights available – the shorter version comes equipped with a 48V, 575 ampere-hours battery and is available in three and four-wheel versions with capacities of 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 tonnes. The second, taller variant is intended for greater throughput in arduous applications (standard 48V / 700 ampere-hours battery) available with capacities of 1.8 and 2.0 tonnes and a four-wheel configuration.

Benefits of the taller chassis version include a better view due to a higher seating position, allowing a clear view to the forks and the surrounding area when loading and unloading vehicles. When working with pallets of up to 1.5m height, the operator still retains a good forward view for safe and efficient movement of goods.
