PPG Land has been given the go ahead to build a 35,000 sq ft warehouse on Centurion Way, Leyland off junction 1A of the M65 and junction 28 of the M6.
On completion it will offer eight metre eaves, 70 parking spaces and four electric up and over loading doors. The unit will be available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
