Go ahead for Leyland warehouse

PPG Land has been given the go ahead to build a 35,000 sq ft warehouse on Centurion Way, Leyland off junction 1A of the M65 and junction 28 of the M6.

On completion it will offer eight metre eaves, 70 parking spaces and four electric up and over loading doors. The unit will be available on a freehold or leasehold basis.

Daniel Burn, associate at King Sturge, which is sole agent on the unit, said: “This is a good opportunity for companies looking for accommodation in an established location. The unit will be built to a very high specification and its proximity to the motorway network makes it ideal for logistics operations or as a storage depot.”
