B&M Retail has signed a 10-year lease for a 350,000 sq ft warehouse in Cheshire.
The lease was signed with site-owner Logicor for the warehouse at the Onyx350 building in Runcorn, Cheshire. B&M will use the facility to support its existing national distribution network, which supplies the discount retailer’s 400 stores nationwide.

Onyx350 is near the M56 motorway, the Port of Liverpool, and Manchester and Liverpool airports. It will also benefit from The Mersey Gateway Project, which will see a second river crossing due to open by 2017. In addition, there is the potential to expand the building by up to an additional 100,000 sq ft.
