Cartwright to recruit 50 apprentices

Trailer maker Cartwright is to hold assessment days for prospective new apprentices between the 20th – 24th July as part of its recruitment drive for 50 apprentices to join the business in August this year.

The assessment days will take place at the factory following initial interviews by Cartwright’s new apprenticeship provider Stockport Engineering and Training Association which will form part of the selection process.

HR manager Julie Holden said: “This will be the first time we have held a series of assessment days at the factory. We have always had an excellent response to our recruitment programmes and we see the assessment days as being a crucial part of this process, allowing the apprentices to showcase their skills at first hand.”
