Schoeller Arca Systems (SA Systems), has announced the purchase of Basic Industrial Plastic Pallets (BIPP).

Ports congestion reduced but problems remain

TDG renews two aluminium contracts

TDG has renewed contracts with two aluminium suppliers, Kawneer UK, which supplies architectural aluminium systems, and Alcoa Extruded Products (UK) which makes aluminium extrusions.

Minimum security standards to be introduced

Plans are afoot to introduce minimum standards for security relating to the road transport industry. It is intended that the new scheme will be similar to the system currently in place for airfreight.
