Royal Mail has launched a customer address data management service, aimed at reducing costs for businesses.
Address Now is a cloud-based system that enables businesses to validate customer data on entry, cleanse existing customer details and access new contact data for marketing
According to Royal Mail, only three in ten businesses automatically validate customer address data they receive. Meanwhile, 94 per cent say address information errors impact on business performance and customer loyalty
Jim Conning, managing director of Royal Mail Data Services, said: “Royal Mail has developed AddressNow to provide businesses with greater accessibility to affordable contact and address data management services without the need for complex integration and restrictive up-front investments”
