By wpengineDeveloper Goodman has secured full planning consent for the 74-acre former Jaguar Site at Browns Lane in Coventry.
To be known as Lyons Park, the site will incorporate 800,000 sq ft of distribution space, 75,00 sq ft of office space and 172 dwellings.
Infrastructure works are now underway and are expected to complete in April 2010.
