DSV Road has set up an operation in Guernsey to facilitate the growth of its business in the Channel Islands.
The operation will be based in a refurbished 50,000 sq ft warehouse in Bulwer Avenue in St Sampson, the second largest town on the island.
The company already has a base it Jersey, which it established three years ago.
Patrick Thompson, manager of DSV’s Chanel Island operations, said: “We have seen our volumes grow year on year in Guernsey so wanted to take more control of our own business here.
“We have also brought in our own liveried vehicles to make deliveries on the island.”
