Commercial vehicle fleet operators could cut fuel consumption by 20 per cent with better fleet monitoring, according to technology supplier Lysanda.
The company estimates that by using accurate, up to date data to get the worst drivers to be more like the best, it is possible for firms to save up to £3.3bn a year and also reduces harmful emissions.
Lysanda produces Eco-Log – software which allows vehicles to be monitored, providing a measurement of fuel usage and carbon emissions.
