Plans for a 1.3 million sq ft logistics facility upheld
A high court judge has upheld the Secretary for State’s decision to allow a 1.3 million sq ft logistics facility at Hartland Park in Hampshire. Protestors had successfully delayed the scheme put forward by PRUPIM and ProLogis for four years. The scheme was revised considerably to accommodate public concern. PRUPIM will now actively market Hartland Park and are confident of attracting a number of occupiers to take up to 10 buildings at the 1.3m sq ft development.
