Arla Foods has made The Transline Resource Group its lead vendor. Transline will now will supply 25 drivers a day to Arla’s transport hub on Pontefract Way in Leeds.
Arla’s site manager Darragh O’Dwyer said: “We chose Transline Resource because of its reputation for managing big recruitment contracts within our sector.
“So far we’ve seen a real difference in terms of improved communication and we’re very excited by the company’s plans for recruitment, monitoring and driver training and especially the use of technology to reduce the associated administration burden.”
Transline will begin recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers next week, beginning with an open day on its site.
