Agent Savills says its client will also consider smaller build to suit requirements and or plot sales on the 91.5 acre site.
The site has consent for 20 m eaves, and lies 9 miles from the A14, off the A143 with Felixstowe some 41 miles to the south west and Central London some 89 miles to the south east via the M11.
