Lancashire-based brewer Daniel Thwaites has unveiled a new look fleet of distribution vehicles as part of a wider £750,000 investment programme.
As well as eight new MAN 26 tonners, Thwaites has invested in a new cold store, which will keep cask ales at the correct temperature.
Chairman Ann Yerburgh unveiled the new vehicles at the Thwaites’ distribution centre based at Blackburn’s Shadsworth Business Park.
They have a new Thwaites logo on the curtain sides, and illustrations by artist Bill Sanderson feature real brewery employees including head brewer Steve Fielding, the Thwaites Shire Horses and head horseman Charles Beardmore.
