Jaeger Online is using CollectPlus for its customers to return orders. Customers can choose from any one of 4,500 UK drop-off stores where CollectPlus will return an online purchase direct to Jaeger on their behalf.
Chief executive Belinda Earl said: “We already offer customers a returns service to any of our UK high street stores and our partnership with CollectPlus further enhances that offer, providing even more convenient and flexible options.”
Additionally, Jaeger Online has launched a free delivery service which allows customers the option of having an order delivered to any of Jaeger’s UK high street stores within 48 hours of purchase.
