Nature Delivered, the company behind natural food supplier Graze.com, has taken the 81,083 sq ft Connect West site at Hayes.
The site has been taken on a 20 year lease at an undisclosed rent.
Colliers International acted on behalf of landlord Aviva Investors in conjunction with GVA.
Len Rosso, head of logistics and industrial at Colliers said: “This deal is one of the largest lettings in West London for some time. We are finding that the Hayes area is as popular as ever because of its close proximity to Heathrow, and this large letting goes to show that business is thriving.”
