Westgate Handling Services has taken a 27,000 sq ft unit at on the upper floor of SEGRO’s X2 building at Heathrow.
The ten year deal follows last month’s decision by Freightnet to take a 36,000 sq ft unit – also on the upper floor of X2.
Westgate’s Brian Lawrence said: “We chose to secure this unit as X2 offers modern business space located close to the airport, which is of prime importance for our business. We plan to use this space for storage and distribution purposes.”
