Educational toy brand VTech has awarded a three year contract extension to iForce, which has provided logistics services to the firm’s distribution business since 2002.
Under the deal iForce manages retail orders, stock control and returns from its Milton Park site on a bespoke configuration of its SMaRT warehouse management system.

VTech’s stock is imported from Hong Kong and stored at Milton Park. iForce builds and distributes individual and bulk orders. Each bulk order for stores is specially configured, packaged and labeled to enable immediate sale.
Paul Holding, Operations Director for VTech said: “I believe the success of our relationship is due to iForce’s in-depth understanding of the diverse needs of our business as a whole.”
