Storopack has launched a foam-in-bag table-top packaging station that dispenses individually moulded foam cushions called the Foamplus Mini.
PU foam cushions are a light, universally applicable form of protective packaging. The plastic moulds to the contours of the product to be packaged as it hardens.
The system uses a self mixing chemical component pack that is placed inside the dispensing compartment. With one component pack, the device can manufacture on average between 30 and 40 foam cushions.
It has four options for bag size, and five volume settings.
* Storopack has also released a protective custom fit foam cushion called FOAMmove. It protects products of various sizes, shapes and weight and the bags expand up to 30 times their original size.
