Freightnet is renting a second 27,513 sq ft unit on the upper floor at X2, Heathrow just months after securing a 36,524 sq ft unit.
In April, Freightnet became the first customer to take space on the second floor of Segro’s X2 site. As with the first Heathrow unit, the lease is on a ten year basis.
Freightnet chairman, Adam Bacon said: “X2 is a prestige facility and in an ideal strategic location from which to drive our business expansion into the Heathrow Cargo market. The facility has proven to be very effective for us, and we’re pleased to commit to taking additional space at X2.”
X2 is a two storey warehouse facility configured to provide full lorry access and loading on both levels. It is located close to the southern runway at London Heathrow,
